A car rental agreement compliant with Cardoo should include:
- renter's personal residential address and phone number in the home country, relevant E-mail address
- consideration of legal cases at the court of the renter's country of residence (not the country of car rental), or jurisdiction not mentioned
Upon car hire, the hirer should sign a consent to process the data and utilize Cardoo services. The consent should be stored & copied to Cardoo on-counter or via API. Please, contact your business partnership manager for an up-to-date consent form.
