The DepositFree fee is normally charged from the rental service client in the following amounts:
1-14 days 0.8% of the Rental Deposit value multiplied by the number of days in the Rental Term as per the respective
Rental Agreement;
15-21 days 12% of the Rental Deposit;
22-30 days 15% of the Rental Deposit.
31 days and more than 15% of the Rental Deposit for each consecutive 30 days term plus the fee calculated according to the clauses for the last incomplete Invoice Term (if any).
Archive rates (till October, 2022):
Under 14 days - 0,8%/deposit amount/daily
15- 21 days- 12% deposit amount
21-30 days - 15% deposit amount
Over 1 month & monthly subscription - 10% deposit amount
