If something happens with the car during the rental, the first thing you do is ask the client to pay this damage fee on the spot. In case if he/she refuses to pay (doesn`t have enough money, doesn`t agree, etc.), you charge this money from our card and provide us with all the details regarding this client and the situation. 

Cardoo will contact the hirer later and ask to pay us back. We have a network of professional soft collectors, so it's not going to be your problem anymore.


In case something happens with a car during the rental, and the client refuses to pay, you just charge our card, and we take care of all the following communication with that client.


If everything went smoothly and there is no damage, the client returns the car, and you unfreeze the deposit on our card.
